Sort- Ascending order
Step 1: Under the chart page in design, drag and drop the columns under Data sets into dimension and measure. The table chart is then created.
Step 2: Drag and drop any column that is under measure or dimension into ‘sort’.
Step 3: Click on the dropdown button in sort and select the ascending option.
Step 4: The column will be sorted in ascending order. (Refer to the image below).
Sort- Descending order
Step 1: Under the chart page in design, drag and drop the columns under Data sets into dimension and measure. The table chart is then created.
Step 2: Drag and drop any column that is under measure or dimension into ‘sort’.
Step 3: Click on the dropdown button in sort and select the descending option.
Step 4: The column will be sorted in descending order. (Refer to the image below).
